RESPONSABILITY
The organizers, the competition manager, the judges, etc, cannot be held responsible for damages or accidents of any kind that may occur before, during or after the competition to people or things, caused by people involved in the event or by third parties.
By applying for admission competitors declare to accept without reservations to abide by the present regulation and the technical and organization rules that will be issued during the competition. The organizing board is hereby relieved of any responsibility for damages caused to people or things by the aircraft models or through the competitors' behaviour, damages for which the sole competitors can be held responsible.

COMPLAINTS
Should complaints be made, participants are requested to file a written text to the competition management within 30 minutes of the official closing of flights. Formal complaints must be accompanied by the payment of € 20,00 tax which is not refundable in case of non acceptance.
The decisions of the competition judges, the competition manager, the field manager and the President are unquestionable.

ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS
The competitors have to hold worn for all through the demonstration on the breast of competition (short Jacket, track-suit,..) punishment the disqualification.
As the Fassa Valley Euromeeting is a competition advertised through invitations, admission is subject lo the organizing board's decision.
On account of technical reasons, the number of participants may be limited to 250. If no other places are available. exceeding enrolment fees will be reimbursed.
The Euromeeting will take place regardlessly of weather conditions.
