FRIDAY
HOTEL BELLAVISTA (tel. 0462.601165) 4:00 pm - 21:00 pm
In order to simplify the collection of transmitters on Saturday and to avoid the time-consuming distribution of competition number-bands, participants are requested to call at Hotel Bellavista on Friday before the event, between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm, to collect the Euromeeting kit including:

- the competition number-band
- a sticker with the same number to be applied on the transmitter
- a declaration of responsibility to be filled out, dated, signed and handed in on Saturday morning when collecting the transmitter.
- 2 runs homage for the cableway Pecol - Pordoi
- informative tourist material on Fassa Valley

SATURDAY
From 10.00 a.m. until 17.00 p.m. acrobatic exhibitions of radio-controlled gliders with openings wing-span up to 7 mt.
Lunch to the open space with “polenta, wurstel and grilled bracciole”– Baita Fredarola

SUNDAY
From 10.00 a.m. until 17.00 p.m. acrobatic exhibitions of radio-controlled gliders with openings wing-span up to 7 mt.
Lunch to the open space with “polenta, wurstel and grilled bracciole” – Baita Fredarola
Awarding: times 17.30 to Pecol by Hotel Bellavista

Aircraft models and therefore classification will fall into the following categories:
- Gliders (wing-span up to 3,6 mt)
- Acrobatic gliders
- Super-sailplanes
- Oldtimer
- Flying-wing/Delta- wings/Canard/Experimental

All transmitters will be impounded before the beginning of the official performance.

Participants will be requested to hand radios in to the organizing committee between 8,30 and 9:30 AM.

Starting flights on h. 10.00-10,30. Every Participants will collect their own radios from the impound before starting performance.

Competitors will be allowed to perform only after signing a “responsibility declaration,, aimed at relieving the organizing board of any responsibility. Competitors must agree to assume responsibility for damages that might be caused to people or things during the event.

The lenght of each flight will be about 10-15 minutes according to participants.

Competitors will be called out by flying groups of about 10 people each, all the belonging to the same category (e.g. Oldtimer), and will perform together.

At the end of performance transmitters must be immediately switched off and handed in to the organizing committee.

Radio-control devices will be given back to participants only at the end of the day, once all performance are over (about h. 17,30-18,30)
Awarging will be on Sunday by Hotel Bellavista (Pecol – Pordoi)
